Description
When changes in a project is detected it should also trigger a check in it's parents. If changes in it's parents are detected they will get built first.
This would eliminate a lot of the errors we get because of the wrong build order. We have about 20 Maven 2 managed projects, and especially when there is a change in one of the util (cross cutting) projects that is commited together with changes in any of the domain projects we get errors because the util project is not built first.
