JBAM - Builds tab in JIRA issues displays active wizard screen if Bamboo link configured

    Description

      We are migrating our Bamboo DB and already have the link configured. During the wizard configuration, users can not only see but actively interact with the wizard screen through the builds tab. This should be blocked if possible. Or at least add a note to the documentation telling administrators to disable this link until the configuration is complete.
