Trigger for deployment based on successful deployment to another environment

We would like to be able to automatically progress a release through environments. For example:

• automatically deploy to Development on successful plan completion (can already do this) and trigger a bunch of testing
• automatically deploy to Performance on successful deployment to Development and all automated testing against development is successful.
