Allow enabling / disabling agents based on the time of the day

      Some customers would like to turn on all local agents at night when they're not worried about license contention for the tools they are using in their jobs.
      They would like to disable some of those agents during the day.

      Currently it is only possible to enable / disable them manually. It would be nice if the agents could be automatically enabled / disabled based on the time of the day.
