When I launch my Custom Windows Server 2012 Bamboo Elastic Agent from Bamboo onDemand the instance is loaded but it can't seem to download the necessary files it needs to get the Agent working. Below is the exception from the bamboo-elastic-agent.out

the solution seemed to be to refresh the bucket policies.
