Update triggers to automatically deploy a new release from a branch

1. Extend exisitng "After successful plan" trigger
   • configuration
     • selection of branch of plan configured in deployment project
     • if persisted configuration will contain plan branch key make sure it is updated during move plan operation
   • execution
     • when this trigger type is executed, deployment should use artifacts from plan branch result that fired the trigger
     • on branch deletion such trigger should be removed
   • Remove the option to change the plan
2. Extend existing "Scheduled trigger":
   • configuration
     • selection of branch of plan configured in deployment project
     • if persisted configuration will contain plan branch key make sure it is updated during move plan operation
   • execution
     • when this trigger type is executed, deployment should use artifacts from plan branch result that fired the trigger
     • on branch deletion such trigger should be removed
