Bamboo 5.1 fails to render custom plan tabs

      Since Bamboo 5.1, each new tab contributed by a plugin (like the Bamboo JMeter Plugin) by specifying the following in the atlassian-plugin.xml:

      <web-item key="jmeterAggregatorReports" name="jmeterAggregatorReports" section="build.subMenu/build" weight="60">
      <label key="Load Test Reports"/>
      <link>/build/viewLoadTestReport.action?buildKey=${buildKey}</link>
      <condition class="com.atlassian.bamboo.plugins.jmeter_aggregator.web.BambooLoadTestReportCondition" />
    </web-item>

      Fails to render and the tab content is just blank.
