      Problem Definition

      Bamboo doesn't support more utilizing Elastic Bamboo in more than one AWS region at a time. 

      Suggested Solution

      Implement the ability to configure images or instance types to utilize a different region or even multiple regions of which one can be used as a failover in the event the service is unavailable in that region.
