OnDemand Bamboo should respect the X-FORWARDED-FOR http header when checking the whitelist

It is currently impossible to set any kind of whitelist in Bamboo as ALL requests inbound appear to come from the proxy to Bamboo. OnDemand uses an http header that explicitly provides the correct inbound customer IP address.

Due to this issue, you cannot utilize the updateAndBuild.action URL that customers are instructed to use in the scripts provided.
