Unable to access Bamboo on OSX when ipv6 is enabled

      Just been working on a new release of my bamboo plugin and I am unable to access the site via my systems FQDN while ipv6 is enabled.

      I have verified that tomcat receives the request.

      Reverting to http://127.0.0.1:6990/bamboo/ seems to work for the most part.

      Note this also renders any integration tests inoperable the simply never respond.
