Bamboo does not recognize issues for old project key after project key rename in JIRA

We performed project key rename on JDOG. We renamed project key JRADEV to JDEV. After this change when JRADEV-xxxx issue key is used in commit comment then it is not properly recognized by Bamboo (see screenshot). Commits with new issue keys are properly shown.
