It is currently not possible to have the same release for two different environments under a deployment project that is triggered by a plan, even if breaking the environments into two separate deployment projects, when the same plan triggers them, they still get different release numbers despite all the settings to make them have the same release.

Please make it possible to have the same release number for different environments in a deployment project.
