Bamboo should handle dupllicate groups on LDAP better

    Description

      Although, we recommend customers not to have duplicate groups on LDAP.

      If Bamboo encounters duplicate groups - in the groups browser the number of users lists as 0 for both the LDAP and local Bamboo group
