Powershell requires stdin to be closed manually or it hangs. Other processes will hang if you DO try to close stdin. Therefore we can't do this as a blanket fix.

In 5.1 Marcin introduced special handling for powershell when used from script tasks. We might be able to reuse this from the nant task as well.
