Status icon not updated on browse project page when build is completed

Steps to reproduce:

1. start a build on a plan PL on project PR
2. go to the project PR page where the list of plans are shown
3. we see that the build icon is the blue spinning one and the build is running
4. wait till the build is completed
5. expect to see all columns of the plan PL updated to reflect the build-completed status
   • actual:
     • the "Completed" column was updated properly, but the "Build" column still had the blue spinning icon. It should be updated to reflect the outcome of the build, either red or green.
     • Staying on the page will see the "Completed" column continues to be updated with relative timestamp, but no changes happen to the build icon.
     • Refreshing the page shows the correct status icon
