Low Description
This was supposed to happen with the 5.0 release but it was unfortunately not done in the creative chaos that was 5.0
- release it against 5.0
- update marketplace entry
- Documentation link should point to the 4.4 version of https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BAMBOO/Configuring+artifact+sharing+between+jobs
- update the 5.0 upgrade guide to say that it was removed and is no longer supported
