It would be awesome to be able to schedule a "once-off" deployment for a specific build at a specific date and time to a specific environment, for instance:

We know in advance which version we want to deploy, and we do production deployments late at night because that is when our applications will be the least busy. Currently we need someone to be awake just to press the "deploy" button.

It would be nice to be able to configure a trigger to do this, or alternatively be able to set a "delayed" date & time to execute the deployment when clicking "Deploy".
