Not all Shared Repositories displayed in Checkout task in Deployment

Description

If you create a Deployment, which introduced in Bamboo 5.0. You could add Source Code checkout task in it, and you could choose Shared Repository, if you click Add Repository button. However not all available shared repository will be displayed there. Github and Perforce for example will not be shown in that list. (Tested with SVN, Github, Bitbucket, Perforce, Git)

Steps to replicate

1. Configure and Add various types Shared Repositories from Bamboo administration, for example Git, Perforce, SVN, Github, Bitbucket.
2. Create a deployment from Create >> Create Deployment Projects
3. Upon choosing task, choose Source Code Checkout task
4. Click Add Repository and notice not all types will be available there, only Git, SVN, and Bitbucket type will be shown there.
