Deployments are currently arranged in the order that they are created.

It would be nice to be able to rearrange deployments.

This would look much nicer in a situation where a deployment may only proceed if another succeeded (i.e. production deployed only if testing deployed).

Would potentially look something like this:

(shows that 1.14 was the last successful version that made it to dogfood, and 1.10 was the last successful version that made it to production)
