rebuild is reporting negative time to complete

User writes to me:

When a stage of build is re-ran it reports:

Build: #3723 is building - 42 mins remaining
Rebuilt by Brian Freyling

The 'rebuilt by name' is also wrong, it is listing who originally kicked off the build, not who triggered the rebuilding of a stage. (In this case Jacob).
