Don't show the plans that a user doens't have permission to view in the agent activity list

I was able to reproduce this behavior by removing access for a particular user on a specific plan. When the user logs in, that plan is not listed on the Dashboard, but when the users navigates to the Agent activity page, all the plans ran by that agent can be seen (but not accesses). Please don't show the plans in the agent activity list for the users that don't have permissions to access those plans.
