Bamboo ignores the configured wrapper.logfile.maxsize parameter

I reproduced this behavior by configuring the following in the BamboInstall/conf/wrapper.conf file:

wrapper.logfile.maxsize=1m
wrapper.logfile.maxfiles=10

Also, I enabled SQL logging to generate a lot of logs to test and restarted Bamboo server. However, Bamboo ignored the configured parameter and the BambooInstall/logs/bamboo.log grew up to 23MB, and the BambooHome/logs/atlassian-bamboo.log started to roll over after 21MB.
