There is a global Build Monitoring section in which properties such as "log quiet time" and such are configured. It is possible to also override this configuration at the job level.

It would be nice if it were possible to have a middle-ground at which this configuration could be controlled. For example, it might be appropriate for jobs within the same project to use a similar configuration.

Would it be possible to override the global build monitoring configuration at the project level, so that it applies to all applicable jobs in plans within that project?
