The Source Code Checkout plugin will sometimes set the working directory to the root of the source tree. Other times it will not set the working directory and will leave it as the root of the job.

I have created a new repository location of C:\Users\bamboo\p4home\...
My bamboo-agent-home is C:\Users\bamboo\bamboo-agent-home\...

We are using remote agents.

This affects all later jobs and artifact locations.
