At first glance, the Quarantined Tests page for a plan does not sort in any particular order. It does seem to group by the job, but the order of Jobs is not alphabetical.

Ideally, the list would have interactive sort capabilities.

Minimally, the list should be sorted in an initiative consistent way, especially to make comparing plan branches/other plans easier.
