Plan creation process does not allow user to name first Stage & Job

The Bamboo plan creation process is confusing. While it simplifies the process of creating the first plan/stage/job, it does not orient the user the notion of stages and creates default names for the first stage & job created.

First job getting created.
Nowhere on this screen is the word "stage" mentioned.
The user is not given the opportunity to name the stage or the job.

The default names for the first stage and job are shown.
The user has to assume that these names were created by Bamboo during the creation process.
Creating subsequent plans is a pain because every plan will have these default names for the first stage/job if the plans are not cloned.
