We are using plan branches extensively and also quarantining of tests. We are finding that when a new plan branch is created automatically by Bamboo (as per regex) the quarantined test list is not inherited from the master branch.

The main build has 15 quarantined tests but new branches seem to start off with 8 quarantined tests.

Steps to reproduce:

• create plan with 2 jobs
• quarantine tests in both jobs
• create plan branch
• run build

Expected: quarantined tests were inherited
Actual: only tests from first job were inherited
