Number of Plans in Admin > System Info area Reports Wrong # of Plans

      I recently noticed if I go to the Admin area and the System Information page, it shows the Instance Statistics section which lists number of plans and number of builds. The field for Number of Plans seems to be displaying an incorrect number.

      In a brand new fresh install of Bamboo 4.4.0 I created 3 empty Plans. The Stats section then reports 3 Plans as expected. However if I edit a Plan and add 4 JOBS to the existing Default Stage, the Stats section now reports 7 Plans.

      The incorrect number seems to be fed from DefaultSystemStatisticsBean.getNumberOfPlans which calls PlanManager.getPlanCount

      If the field is labelled "Number of Plans" it should reflect the actual number of Plans, not Jobs in Stages.
