Upgrade to 4.4 causes undesired clearing of workspace.

      The format of internal file that tracks what Bamboo workspace contains changed, which causes bamboo to think that repository definition has changed and that it should clear the existing content.

      Edit: we should never clear directories that are not managed by Bamboo (e.g. Perforce unmanaged worspace)
