Bamboo branch plan keys are reused

    Description

      If branch A is created as PLANKEY0 and branch B is created as PLANKEY1, and then branch A is deleted, branch C will be created as PLANKEY0. This leads to broken and out of date links to branch artifacts, etc.

      Until branch plan naming can be specified, would it at least be possible to have the branch plan key increment be permanently unique and increasing?
