There is no way to change the heap size for elastic agents that are started using the ElasticAgentInstaller

Agents started using the elasticagentinstaller seem to have a fixed max heap size of 256m. This seems to be a hardcoded default in /components/bamboo-agent-elastic-installer/src/main/java/com/atlassian/bamboo/agent/elastic/installer/ElasticAgentInstaller.java , and can cause problems for plans that have a large number of test results to return as they OOM and put the agent in a bad state.
