Exporting while Bamboo is executing at least one plan results in Bamboo unintentional pausing.

      Observed behavior is that Bamboo is performing export (for example scheduled export) and after some time later Bamboo pauses itself.

      Steps to reproduce:
      0) have empty Bamboo instance (no running plans, etc)
      1) create a plan with a script task "sleep 10d"
      2) run that plan - it will run infinitely
      3) administration->export->run export, wait for it to finish (Bamboo for a while will be in PAUSING state)
      4) bamboo will get back to RUNNING state
      5) stop your running plan
      6a) bamboo becomes "PAUSED"
      6b) while we would expect no pause would occur

            Bamboo 4.4.4 is now available from www.atlassian.com that has a fix for this issue.

            I don't think this going make it into 4.4.2 4.4.3 - more probably it will be merged against 4.4.3 4.4.4.

            We've got a fix in review for this now and it should be available in 4.4.2 which will be released within the next week.

            This is a critical bug for us, we want to make backups but currently that pauzes our Bamboo. So now we have to switch off backups.
