Bamboo should not automatically build project after the (first) initial checkout on a manual build plan

Currently, Bamboo will do an initial build of a project once its created.

It should not perform the initial build when using the manual build strategy.

A possible solution might be to give user the option of performing an initial build when configuring the plan?
