Ability to Lock Variables

Requesting to be able to lock some variables in the variables tab. So that non admin users can update values like their branch without accidentally changing another variable by mistake.

An example would be to have a lock button that requires an admin password to lock/unlock. When the variables is locked it will be greyed out.
