There is a new Java Code coverage tool that is under active development JaCoCo. This tool supports Java 7 and was not difficult to integrate into ant. You need a java code coverage plugin that supports this tool.

Like I said in ticket BAM-12495 - this plugin on the plan summary screen needs to show the progress graphically of the code coverage over time. I will include a checkstyle/findbugs screen shot - but extend the idea to code coverage.
