Currently, the templates do have a date/time formating set which can be customized (Dashboard "Completed" column and OnHover event for each Plan). However, once the Ajax Auto-Refresh is run the new format is replaced with the traditional one.

This means that the new Ajax date/time format is hard-coded in the Server, not in the template.
