https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/BAMBOO/Getting+Bamboo+to+use+the+jetty.xml+file has been outdated since, I think, 3.1, since startup.sh uses getFromWrapperConfig()

A doc update saying to just update the wrapper.conf would be great
