Make it easy to get to the last build that completed each manual stage

If a build is configured with one or more manual stages, it is difficult to find the last time any of those stages were attempted. Bamboo should provide a link on the main plan summary screen to the last attempted and successful complete builds, not just the last build to successfully reach a manual trigger point.

Bamboo should also provide a way to filter the build history for which stages were attempted or successful.
