Queueing build via REST API does not return any data

In Bamboo 4.2.0 build 3211, adding a build to the queue via the REST API, for example like this:

$ curl -X POST -u someone:password http://server:8085/rest/api/latest/queue/FOO-BAR

does not return any data, instead returning a 204 No Content response. This is inconsistent with what the documentation (http://docs.atlassian.com/bamboo/REST/4.0/#idp263696) claims should happen.

This does, however, work correctly on my local testing installation (v4.0, build 2906).
