Please implement the feature to track the notification configurations for dependent plans so that if someone commits to a repository that triggers a plan, and then that plan triggers another plan, and if the second plan fails, the person who is responsible for the initial plan should get notified if there are only notifications configured for the first plan. This should be used when the notification is set to "Send email to Responsible User". Which means that the responsible user should be tracked via the plan dependency line and get notified.
