Global and plan level permissions can not be added to groups with special characters

    Description

      Generally creating groups with special characters from the internal directory is not possible and Bamboo will throw error as shown in the screenshot below:

      If however the groups are created from LDAP directory, Bamboo accepts those groups but users will face the issue where by permissions can not be added to the groups with special character. In this case the ampersand (&). See screenshots:

      We have also noticed that the logs is silent regarding this issue.
