JIRA Bamboo plugin can't build a plan without repo

JIRA Bamboo plugin can't build a plan without defined source repository. The REST call :

/rest/api/latest/queue/NT-NP.json

returns an error:

Invalid return code received from Bamboo. 400: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8" standalone="yes"?><status><status-code>400</status-code><message>Could not find a configured repository for 'NT-NP'. It may have been uninstalled. Plan 'NT-NP' did not start</message></status>

The configured task didn't have source repo provided. After creating a source repo I was able to run plan from JIRA.
