Task Types "PhpUnit" and "PhpUnit 3.3.X" do not create tasks during Plan creation

To replicate:
1. Create a new plan
2. When asked to Configure tasks, choose "Tests" and then either "PhpUnit" or "PhpUnit 3.3.X"

--> you will see that there is an animated wheel just spinning nonstop, while in the background, the task has been setup already. The modal dialog box does not close by itself as expected. Once users click "Cancel", it seems the task is ready to be setup, but it doesn't get saved properly either. Users can now also move to another task in their setup without getting a warning message that they haven't saved. They only get this warning message later when they want to move to the next screen.
