Cannot easily trigger a manual stage if all jobs in previos stages are disabled

Build has a manual stage with one job . All jobs in previous stages are disabled. Kick off the build, it goes green; not obvious how to get to a screen were I could kick off the manual stage.

WORKAROUND:
go back a build click on that manual job and then go forward a build (by clicking on the top right)
