Low Description
I have a plan with a Stage flagged as Manual. I had the build set to run once nightly. The build ran all the stages/jobs until it got to the manual stage. It sat unnoticed for a few days. I then went and DELETED the manual stage in the plan config. Later I noticed the paused build. I went to the build result page and saw "PENDING STAGE" with a Run button next to it. I clicked the Run button and the page refreshed to a :

Error encountered while triggering manual build: null
Plan 'BOOTEST-BOOTEST' did not start
I understand the manual stage has been deleted so I did not expect it work or run, however it should be able to better handle this scenario where the manual stage is gone.
