Low Step to reproduce
- Create a simple batch file and place it in the plan root repository
- Create an inline script task as per the screenshot below:
- Run a build and the following errors will be shown in the log:
Unable to find executable at xxxx.bat

Workaround
Specify the full path of the directory where the batch file is placed.
