Prompt to create branch builds for existing branches when enabling automatic branch creation

      Disabling and re-enabling branch builds misses branches that were created while branch builds were disabled. Once the branch pattern has been entered, there should be an easy way to create branch builds for each existing branch that doesn't already have a build.
