Allow for projects to be tied to build queues

      Currently you have to assign plans to the build queue. It would be nice to tie a project to a build queue. This will mean that this build queue can run any plan within that project (instead of having to pick each plan in the project).

            Thanks for teh update. Yes, I believe the issue is not longer relevant.

            I think the intention here is to ensure that certain agents only build certain plans. While things have changed this requirement is tracked by BAM-3491.

            I will resolve this issue as a duplicate of BAM-3491.

            This seems to be outdated, considering that the build queue is not available anymore, and plans go to the first available agent with the correct capabilities.
