Git source control checkout uses wrong sha1 when triggered as dependant build

The customer uses 'magic trick': he defines shared repo with variable to define actual repository path.

I suspect the variable is not overriden properly during dependency triggering and Bamboo 'thinks' that both plans use the same repository
