Show the whole configuration of the plan repository configuration without folding "Advanced Options" part

      I find it very confusing to have "Advanced Options" part under every repository configuration page. Based on my experience this kind of tickets got raised:
      https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-11973
      https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/BAM-10581

      I had to contact to a developer to know about "Verbose logs" for Git, or about "Automatically detect root URL for" for SVN.

      This means that every time a new feature gets implemented and added into the advanced options section, users will have a hard time to find them(know about the existence of those features).

      Please don't fold the repository configuration page and let it be shown as a list of options instead of having hidden sections.
